By accessing our website, submitting any form, enrolling in any program, or communicating with Levi Management LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Levi Management LLC provides high ticket sales coaching, placement mentorship, and related educational content through the Levi Closes brand. Services include but are not limited to the Placed Method training program, 1:1 coaching sessions, placement support, community access, and free training resources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any paid program or submit your information through our forms. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. No Income Guarantee

Levi Management LLC provides coaching and educational services only. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or employment placement. Results shared in our marketing materials represent individual student performance and are not typical. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, skill development, and market conditions outside our control.

5. SMS Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number through any of our opt-in forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Levi Management LLC. These messages may include program access confirmations, onboarding information, and marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for coaching programs are due as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Payment plans are binding agreements. Levi Management LLC does not offer refunds on coaching programs. The Placement Guarantee, where applicable, covers extended coaching only and does not entitle the student to a monetary refund under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Levi Closes programs, including scripts, frameworks, training materials, SOPs, videos, and written resources, is the proprietary intellectual property of Levi Management LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any program materials without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any program materials without written permission, make false or misleading claims about the program or your results, engage in fraudulent activity in connection with any sales role or placement facilitated through our network, or harass, defame, or disparage Levi Management LLC, its team, or other students.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levi Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost income, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

11. Modifications

Levi Management LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
