Levi Management LLC provides high ticket sales training, placement support, and coaching services through the Levi Closes brand. Access to these services is governed by the program tier you enroll in and the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through any of our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Levi Management LLC. Our SMS program includes two categories of messages:

• Non-marketing messages: appointment reminders, call confirmations, follow-ups, and onboarding updates
• Marketing messages: new program offers, promotional communications, and placement availability notices

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Levi Management LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or factors outside our control. 6. Payments and Refunds

All payments for programs and services offered by Levi Management LLC are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of enrollment. Program pricing and terms are outlined at the point of sale. No refunds will be issued except where explicitly guaranteed in writing.

Our services are provided on an as-is basis. Levi Management LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of participating in our programs. Individual results will vary based on effort, background, and market conditions.
